If you are dissatisfied with the purchase, you must contact customer service within 7 days from receipt of the merchandise in order to return or exchange any items. Please explain the reason of your dissatisfaction. Products that have been used cannot be returned or exchanged. All products must be in their original packaging. Customer is responsible for returned items shipping charges. There is no refund on shipping charges

$5 for domestic orders (shipped with US priority mail.)
$24.5 for international orders $30 and under. (shipped with EMS)
$25 for international orders $31-$50. (shipped with EMS)
$28 for international orders over $50. (shipped with EMS)
