NEARLY ME CASUAL ®
These slightly weighted and non-weighted foam forms are made of molded polyurethane foam with permanent polyester fabric covers. The non-weighted are recommended for right after surgery when a silicone form is too heavy.
The new weighted Classic asymmetrical is recommended for women who can not tolerate a heavier silicone form, may have arthritis or who just wish the feel of a foam form. All of these forms can be worn while sleeping to add comfortable support. All forms are contoured to fit snugly against the body with a each security tab to help anchor forms along a bra, nightgown, or camisole band.

Unique extra soft "whipped silicone" symmetrical forms with the same modified triangle and tapered oval shapes as the standard SOFT TOUCH Modified Forms but 15% lighter in weight. The "whipped" formulation makes these forms so soft that they have a natural drape that simulates mature breast tissue. Each form is encapsulated in a thin resilient polyurethane film to help maintain the suppleness of the silicone gel. Each style conforms to either side of the body for ease in fitting. They have a contoured back that helps shape the form to the body for a smooth uninterrupted appearance. The modified profile fits more of today's surgeries and reduces the weight of the entire form. The forms hug the chest wall and do not collapse in the bra. Beige only with a two year warranty. An optional comfort cover comes with each form.

NEARLY ME BASIC ®
An economical alternative for many women who have had modified surgeries. These symmetrical 100% silicone forms are offered in two styles, one is a standard tapered oval design, which can be turned in various directions for best fit. It has a thinner single wing that lays close to the body for a smooth, natural appearance in any bra. The other style, a shallow triangle shape, conforms to the body for a contoured fit across the chest. It has been designed for the more modified surgeries where more natural tissue has been left. These forms are often chosen as a second form and can be worn swimming but are not recommended for hot tubs or spas. Two year warranty.

FREESTYLE ®
A triangle silicone form that has been designed specifically to be worn in pools, at the beach, in the spa or for other athletic activities. Chlorine or salt water will not harm this form. The front contour is tapered to mimic the shape of the breast in a bathing suit. This form is made of 100% clear silicone so it does not show through sheer stretch fabrics in a softer gel formulation than many other athletic forms.
